Wirefly recently made news when it rolled out the Samsung Droid Charge on Verizon Wireless’ network for sale. The online retailer has now announced that beginning today it will start selling the Samsung Nexus S 4G from Google for Sprint. Powered by the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, the handset is driven by a 1GHz Hummingbird processor for a seamless mobile experience.
The device houses a super AMOLED 4-inch curved glass touchscreen. It renders uninterrupted access to Google mobile services and the latest Android releases and updates. Users can capture crisp images using the 5 megapixel rear-facing camera and enjoy effortless video chats with the front-facing VGA camera.
“At Wirefly, we pride ourselves on being among the first retailers to offer the newest cell phones – Nexus S 4G being no exception,” commented Andy Zeinfeld, chief executive officer of Simplexity, parent company of Wirefly.com. “We are excited to offer this highly-touted device from Sprint to our millions of valued customers.”
Users can also benefit from the 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot capability that concurrently lends support to about six Wi-Fi enabled devices. The integrated gyroscope sensor efficiently tracks the handset orientation, velocity and rotation. The device can be purchased through Wirefly with free FedEx shipping.
